Hi! I’m Vanessa, and I’m thrilled to be stepping into my new role as Program Director at Wonder School. My journey with this incredible community began over five years ago—first as a parent, then as an Early Literacy Teacher for four years, and now as I begin this exciting new chapter.

My husband Frank and I have been married for over 16 years, and together we’re raising three amazing kids: Wyatt, Beatrice, and Archer. Our home is a lively hub of creativity and chaos, filled with books, board games, crafts, and the occasional mess—thanks to a busy schedule of sports practices and music lessons. We also share our space with a quirky crew of pets, including chickens, rats, and a rabbit named Juniper.

We’ve called the Winstead Park neighborhood home for the past eight years, and it holds a special place in our hearts—just like Wonder School does. I’m deeply committed to nurturing the growth and joy of early learners in this community, and I’m honored to serve in a role that allows me to support both children and families.
